UNILAG Online Registration for Direct Entry Candidates Commence

The University of Lagos wishes to inform all prospective Direct Entry candidates that online registration for the 2020/2021 Direct Entry will commence from Monday, 15th to Friday, 26th March, 2021.

Applicants are required to submit photocopies of their JAMB Direct Entry application forms and credentials at the Admissions Office on or before Friday, 2nd April, 2021. Kindly note that applicants with awaiting results should not apply.

Procedure for Online Registration

Eligible candidates should log on to the University of Lagos website www.unilag.edu.ng and take the following steps:

  1. Click on Admissions
  2. Click on Direct Entry (DE) Application
  3. Login with JAMB registration number as username and surname in lowercase as password.
  4. Generate and print payment advice
  5. Proceed to any commercial bank to make payment or pay online.
  6. Return to the University portal to complete the screening form
  7. Upload your O’Level and A’Level results (First Degree, HND, OND, SDA, JUPEB, Cambridge A’Level, NCE, NFLV DIP, MUSON DIP, ABRSM, Trinity College London, Baccalaureate, DELF/DALF)
  8. Print Direct Entry e-registration slip

Screening Fee – ₦2000

NOTE: Candidates who made University of Lagos their first choice in the 2020/2021 Direct Entry (DE) application are eligible for screening. Also, candidates must possess five (5) credit passes at one sitting in relevant O’level subjects including English Language and Mathematics.

Candidates who had not clocked sixteen (16) years of age as at October 31, 2020 are not eligible and need not apply.

Candidates who do not participate in the Online Screening will not be considered for admission.

Former students of the University whose admissions were withdrawn on the basis of poor academic performance or absence status could re-apply on the condition that the new admission shall be for a new programme/course different from the former programme/course.

Any student expelled from the University cannot be offered fresh admission.

The University has zero tolerance for drug abuse and shall therefore withdraw the admission of newly admitted students that test positive for drug use whenever the University conducts the test, either before or after registration.

Important Updates on UNILAG Post-UTME Screening Exercise

“This is to inform all prospective candidates scheduled to participate in the University of Lagos 2020/2021 Post-UTME aptitude test commencing tomorrow, Monday, February 15, 2021, that all candidates are expected to login through the link provided as follows: https://proctee.webtest.ng/exam/unilag




Your UTME number serves as your username and your surname in lowercase serves as your password. i.e.

Username = your UTME number

Password = your surname in lowercase

The duration of the test would be 30 minutes.

Below are the Examination Instructions

  1. This is a competitive qualifying aptitude test. Candidates must comport themselves accordingly. Candidates are advised to have a reliable internet connection before attempting the online aptitude test.
  2. Your activities during the period of the aptitude test will be monitored and recorded. Candidates will be required to attempt the test with a webcam and microphone enabled device. (For optimal experience, use of mobile phones for the aptitude test is discouraged).
  3. Candidates are forbidden from covering their webcams during the period of the aptitude test. Our inability to see the candidate at any time during the test may result in disqualification.
  4. During the aptitude test, you are not permitted to leave your position. You are advised to adequately prepare before commencing the test.
  5. In the course of the aptitude test, you are not permitted to leave the test tab for another tab or application on the computer for any reason, not even to use the computer calculator. Departure from the test tab may result in disqualification.
  6. Nobody is permitted to be around you during the period of the test, not even members of your family. You will be disqualified if anybody is seen around you during the test.
  7. The duration of the aptitude test is 30 minutes. The time starts to count immediately you click the start button and continues to count even if you log out before your 30 minutes lapses.
  8. In the event that you run out of time, your aptitude test will automatically be submitted.

The University of Lagos UNILAG Post-UTME Screening Exercise rescheduled for 2020/2021 according to the institute website, this is due to the directive from JAMB and SSCE examination rescheduling.

The Post-UTME Screening exercise earlier slated for Wednesday, November 18 to Thursday, December 3, 2020 has been rescheduled to hold from Monday, November 30 to Saturday, December 12, 2020.

UNILAG Post-UTME Screening Exercise Rescheduled

The Exercise was rescheduled following the rescheduling of the 2020 Senior School Certificate Examination (SSCE) of the National Examination Council (NECO), as well as in compliance with the directive from the Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) that all institutions should conduct their Post-UTME screening exercise after the completion of the 2020 NECO examination.

RE-PRINTING OF EXAMINATION PASSES

UNILAG Registration for Post-UTME Screening Exercise for 2020/2021 has commenced according to their website.

Online registration for the University of Lagos Post-UTME Screening Exercise for admission into all undergraduate courses/programmes for the 2020/2021 Academic Year will commence from Monday, 19th October to Friday, 30th October, 2020.

ELIGIBLE CANDIDATES

UNILAG Registration for Post-UTME Screening Exercise for 2020/2021

Candidates who made University of Lagos their first choice in the 2020/2021 UTME and scored 200 and above are eligible for screening.

In addition, candidates must possess five (5) credit passes at one sitting in relevant O-Level subjects, including English Language and Mathematics.

Candidates who will not be sixteen (16) years of age by 31st October 2020 are not eligible and need not apply.

Candidates who do not participate in the Post-UTME screening exercise will not be considered for admission.

Former students of the University whose admissions were withdrawn on the basis of poor academic performance or absence status could re-apply on the condition that the new admission shall be for a new course/ programme different from the former course/programme.

Any student expelled from the University cannot be offered fresh admission.
