Solution:

P ∝ k/(√q)
Where p = 3, q = 16
3 = k/(√16) = k = 12
P ∝ k/(√q) where p = 4, k= 4, q = ?
Therefore, 4 = 12/(√q)
=4√q= 12

= √q =3, q = 9
